A simple sweet 16th b'day cake for our client's daughter. She studying boarding school so the parent when to visit her and celebrate with daughter and her friend's. This is 2 kg white mud chocolate cake.

Thank You Cake

Made this cake for my friend. She likes my cream chesse frosting , but she is not a fan of buttercream of any kind or whipping cream deco. Once i when out with my friend she was taking out the buttercream frosting from the cake .. the cake maker was watching her and ask her y  she did that? She say she can gain weight  so when i ask her "but y u like cheese sure u can gain weight too".. she say no , so i just shut my mouth up.

So this is her cake as a thank you gift for all the help is did for me. This 1/2 kg banana cake with cream cheese frosting .
